These terms govern use of warehousenow.com and requests for services made through it or by phone or email. By using the site or requesting a service you agree to them.
Services
WarehouseNow arranges warehousing, labor and freight-recovery services performed by independent partner facilities and crews. We quote each job before work begins. Work begins only on your approval of the quote. Quotes may change if the freight, scope or timing differs from what was described.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the freight, including hazardous, regulated, temperature-controlled or high-value characteristics
- Hold appropriate authority to direct the freight, and appropriate cargo insurance
- Pay invoices on the agreed terms
Liability
Partner facilities are responsible for freight in their custody under their own terms and insurance. WarehouseNow’s liability for any job is limited to the fees paid to WarehouseNow for that job, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, claims or detention arising from delays outside our control.
Website use
Content on this site is owned by WarehouseNow, Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it in violation of robots.txt, or submit false information through its forms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
